I am looking for a developer to create a plugin for my LMS, Wemasoft Learning Management System. The plugins include both plagiarism detection and invigilation features.

Exam Invigilation / Proctoring:
On Proctoring, something that looks like the wordpress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/exam-and-quiz-online-proctoring-with-lms-integration/ - Or we can develop one with the following 2 key features:
1. Browsing Limitation e.g. Locking screen not to navigate to another screen
2. Real-time candidate monitoring E.g. Webcam & audio monitoring
