LEARNDASH: customize the two sites

Hi I'm building two e-learning sites with learndash.
I need to customize the two sites with the following changes:
1- The first e-learnign site will have a single course and access to this course will only take place via a unique code that is entered during the account registration phase.
I need these codes and the wordpress portal generates them automatically, in a card-shaped template, which contains an agarphic that I will provide you, a qrcode that refers to the site to the registration page where the code is entered and when inserted this code I will be able to carry out the course linked to that code.
And then I need that the login is unique, that to access on another device first the previous one is logged out.
2- The second site, on the other hand, sells a course divided into 15 modules. I have to make sure that I can buy at a price X euros if I buy one module after another in a specific order or at a different price Y if I buy the modules randomly.
Here too I need to have a unique login, that to log in on another device before the previous one is logged out.
As soon as finished (2-3 days) I will provide you with the worpress sites with the learndash plugin installed.
