LARGE PROJECT: News website (with CMS) built from scratch

This is a large project, if you cannot take on large projects please do not reach out. Ideally, this would be done in either Laravel or ASP.NET Core.

Here's some of the features (more can be requested):
- Featured news
- Custom CMS that allows us to do everything
- Payment service provider integration for paid news.
- User system
- Personalized feed
- OpenGraph implemented on articles
- Good SEO structure (from metatags, to URLs, etc.)
- Buttons to share on the articles social media
- Design in Figma translated to code.

We're software developers and will aid you with our view of the structure/architecture of the code.
Please provide samples of projects you've done before, so we can see you adhere to good coding habits, and documentation.

Preferred languages would be:
- Laravel
- ASP.NET Core
- Another PHP framework

Acceptable:
- Node with ReactJS.
- The site will *not* be a single page application.
