LARAVEL Developer Needed: Ecommerce website of products: Add QR Code as POS

I run an online store that is already built with Laravel. I now want to extend it with a QR-code flow so customers can scan a code from any flyer, label or product shelf and complete the purchase effortlessly on their phones—while I receive the order straight on my mobile in real time on whats app

Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• Each product automatically receives a unique, scannable QR code generated at the moment it is created or updated in the admin panel.
• Scanning that code opens a mobile-optimised page that drives the shopper directly to the item (or even straight to checkout if that proves smoother).
• Once the purchase is completed, I receive an instant notification on my phone—push, SMS, or WhatsApp—so I can fulfil the order without delay.

You’ll work inside the existing Laravel codebase (PHP 8, Blade templates, MySQL). You are free to choose the QR library you trust—Simple-Qrcode, Endroid, or another—as long as it is well maintained. For notifications I am open to Twilio, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Pusher, or an equally reliable alternative; feel free to advise.

Deliverables
1. Clean, reusable code that generates and stores the QR codes (controller, model changes, Blade snippets).
2. Mobile-first landing/checkout flow tied to the QR scan.
3. Real-time order notification setup and a simple settings panel so I can switch providers if needed.
4. Clear install steps and a short read-me for future maintenance.
5. Demonstration on my staging server that the end-to-end flow—scan to payment to mobile alert—works on both Android and iOS.
