LAMP software for rent construction tools

I need a web software that allows me to control the rental of construction tools, I need to create items and know the total inventory, also what is available, and what is about to be returned in order to accept or not a request for a certain day. Example I have 10 tanks available on Monday and a client calls me that he needs 30 for Wednesday at 5pm, so the software must tell me if between Monday and Wednesday at 3pm I will have the 20 that are needed. At the end I must generate a service order with delivery date, return date, rental cost and the data of the client to whom I deliver my tools
