KashFlow CRM Billing Set-Up - (Convert from CSV macro to Kashflow CRM automation)

We have taken over a small business and they currently use Microsoft excel to manually create their billing invoices. The current / old process is:

1: Download call data file (TXT file) via FTP
2: Import file into Excel file
3: Generate invoices
4: Import invoices into Kash flow manually
5: Send invoices manually via Kash flow CRM

For the new process, we want to step away from using the excel sheets and be able to automate this process within Kash flow:

1: Import call data file via FTP into Kash Flow CRM automatically
2: Kash Flow will generate the invoices (PDF) and email them to the correct customers (monthly)
3: Kash Flow will send email to management showing usage data (daily)

For this project we will need someone with experience using Kash flow CRM and be able to set up FTP importing of the text file so the associated PDF invoices and emails go out to customers automatically.
