Key Responsibilities:
- System Setup & Configuration: Assist our team in setting up the systems correctly for optimal use.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Regular check-ups on the systems to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Support: Provide assistance to our team in using these systems properly.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with all Kaseya products.
- Proficient in Datto and Autotask.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills to support our team.
