I need a website for selling security tokens. The primary purpose of this site is token sales.
Key functionalities should include:
- Secure token sale mechanism
- User authentication (email/password or OAuth)
- Comprehensive information on our security tokens
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in blockchain technology
- Proven experience in developing secure financial transaction websites
- Strong background in user authentication protocols
- Familiarity with security token offerings (STOs)
Your focus must be on security at every level.
Please allow for the landing page to be overly simple to show our security and a presentation landing page to clearly show the designated project plus the ROIs per project which we will have various Businesses that we are wanting to buy and allow for me to give a professional overview of the business, and our reasons for wanting to buy it and to either FRANCHISE OR LICENSE it on Global platforms
These businesses will vary in price and stature and many will show poor dividends, but we must emphasise that this is the reasons why we are anxious to buy it.
We look to buy rundown businesses that also offer us the opportunity to buy the freehold so we then establish our REIT for this property so we can therefore establish THE BUSINESS as the tenant with immediate uplift in our REIT as we then set our objectives towards the Business for Licensing etc etc... and we also look strongly at the employees taking shares in their business so that they also participate much more diligently in the day to day operations of the businesses.
We must emphasise that we will reward greatly, the first 50 investors as this sets the wheels in motion for us as each new purchase will be via a new LLC which will be owned by our Parent Company (PC)
THESE SAME practices will apply to our property development sites as we offer 5 decades of highly skilled negotiations in property and that we only buy under market sites that assure us of greater than a 50% profit margins in development sites (emphasise that this is a huge ROI for property) and that we also create REITs for us to retain the remnants of a quality project to save us paying huge Capital Gains Taxes from each new project.
This project requires a skilled developer that we can offer a long term association to help us to expand our plans and our objectives, so we're NOT INTERESTED in persons that are solely focused on HOURLY RATES when they apply ... and being honest ... that does not fit into our modelling for a successful PC.
