KPI Dashboards for Psychology Clinic
I am looking for a professional to help me update and improve exisiting KPI dashboards for my psychology clinic. The main KPI we are tracking a range of KPIs including revenue, appointments attended, cancellations etc. However, our google sheets dashboards are slow to load and some formulas are not giving us the correct results.
I prefer a web-based dashboard using Google Sheets but we are open to other options. The dashboard should be updated weekly to help me monitor progress and make informed decisions.
Additional assistance with reward/bonus calculator spreadsheets would be appreciated
