KPI Dashboard

I'm looking for someone to help me create a KPI dashboard for an existing business. The dashboard will focus on customer engagement data, so the ability to track customer interactions, sentiment and performance would be key. Real-time updates are required, so I need this process to be automated and integrated with our customer service platform to get the most up-to-date data. The dashboard also needs to be easy to use - I don't want our team spending hours trying to sift through complex dashboards just to get the information we need.
