KNET_MyFatoorah Integration Issue

It is a published website has a payment gateway integration. The integration is done through myfatoorah APIs and done successfully. Recently, an issue appeared which is every time a transaction is initialized, the website goes down and we have to reboot the server. If any one has an experience with myfatoorah integration and codeigniter contact me please. Thanks.
