KEAP (infusionSoft) Call Loop integration

I need to be able to drop a voice message into a client's voicemail box without initiating a phone call, and then automatically send a text message to support that voicemail. I use k e a p formerly infusionSoft as my CRM. Open Loop is the product that I am trying to integrate with Keap. Open loop provides the voicemail drop. They have instructions on the site on how to do it but I am just a little bit brain dead when it comes to technology stuff. I have been successful in integrating the API but I just haven't figured out how to interface and work with it. I need someone that can speak English very clearly and work with me on a zoom call to get it integrated.
