JustFans Deposit Customizations

I'm looking to enhance the deposit function of JustFans platform. I need the addition of currency/point conversion feature.
Here are the details:
- Currently JustFans has no currency to point conversion feature, it's currenly currency based, so whatever you deposit you get much, eg. if you deposit US$1, it's $1 in your account, if you depotsit EU€1, it's €1 in your account.
- We wish to have conversion feature eg, if currency point converate rate is 1:10, when user deposit US$1, he can get 10 points.
Ideal skills for this project would include experience with payment gateway integration, familiarity with the JustFans platform, and a strong understanding of user interface design to make the packages clear and enticing to users.
