Junior Full Stack developer 20h/week

I am looking for a Junior Full Stack developer to work with me on a part-time basis for approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Phyton.
The developer will be responsible for full-stack development, working on both front-end and back-end tasks.
