E-Journal portal Project like Elsevier

The project is to develop an e-Journal management and peer review system.
TYPE OF USERS OF THE PORTAL
• Admin with highest privilege of final review, approve and submit article
• Reviewer for reviewing an article
• Author to submit his article
• General Viewer to view the published article
PROJECT REVIEWING AND PUBLISHING PROCESS
• Author :
1. Author submits article using Article Submission Page and declares status to be Open or Closed.
2. If the status is open then once approved the article is open to be viewed by every portal viewers else it will display a brief review, details of which can be viewed against a payment.
• Admin/System : Article will be saved in the system(Articles Section).
• Reviewer/Admin : Reviewer/Admin Verifies the Article's Credibility and adds Review for it.(Review Submission)
• Admin : Admin verifies the Review(s) submitted by Reviewer(s) and Updates the Review Status (Accept/Reject)
• On Accept : Article Status gets Updated to "Accepted" and the Article will further go in Publication Process.
• On Reject : Article will again be available to Reviewers for Review Submission (Review Submission)
• Admin/System : Admin will verify the Article and Update the Article Status (Accepted/Rejected)
• Author : Author can check Article Status using Know Article Status Page.
• Author : Author have to submit Copyrights doc and payment Receipt if article status is "Accepted".
• Admin/System : Admin will verify Copyright Doc and payment receipt from Admin Side (Journal Research, Copyrights Doc, Payment Receipt)
• Admin/System: After Verification, Admin will upload Formatted Article and change the Status to "Published".
• Author : Author can view the Published Article in Issues Pages
• Viewers : General viewers can search and view the Published Article.
• The portal will be embedded with payment gateway for necessary online transaction.

1. Initial Signup process
2. Checking User Id and Password while Logging
3. After clearing userid and password, a user need to confirm identity through Email Notification or Mobile OTP

Note: The project should not be on any CMS technology like WORDPRESS, JOOMLA etc..
It should be strictly on coding.
