Jotform fully automated - Jotform Automation Specialist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project consists of developing a complete digital contracting and onboarding system using Jotform , based on a structured document that will be provided. The system must be fully automated, accurate, bilingual, and reflect the operational logic described below.
Functional Requirements
Multilingual Support
The form must support both English and Spanish.
The user should be able to choose their language at the start.
All conditional logic, instructions, field labels, and messages must adapt accordingly.
Plan Selection Logic
Users must be able to select from multiple predefined service plans.
Plans are grouped in tiers (e.g., Basic, Premium, Gold), each with different features, prices and durations.
The form must clearly explain what each plan includes, without listing prices.
One plan include gradual deployment of services (e.g., visibility across multiple platforms that activate over time).
Conditional Display
Fields and messages must update dynamically based on the selected plan.
Additional options or conditions (e.g., banner placement, premium categories) should only be shown when relevant.
Dynamic Calculations
The form must automatically calculate the total value based on selected items.
Surcharges (e.g., selecting more than one category) must be calculated and reflected in the final amount.
Total value must be shown in a summary before submission (but no payment gateway is required).

Submission and Delivery Workflow
Upon submission, a contract PDF must be generated automatically, integrating all form inputs in the right placeholders.
That contract must be:
Sent by email to the client.
Sent by email to the internal contracts department.
After confirmation of service activation, the client will be instructed to:
Send 10 professional images and the company logo in PNG format.
Provide additional branding materials via email or WeTransfer.
Include proof of payment by bank or international transfer (no other method accepted).
The contract must include a clause stating that the service will be automatically suspended if the monthly payments are not received.
Additional Logic
Some services have a minimum commitment period (e.g., 6 or 12 months), depending on the product.
If the client wishes to upgrade their plan, the form must:
Trigger an addendum to the original contract.
Allow the client to confirm and sign digitally.
No discounts apply for additional listings or categories.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All work (form logic, structure, documents, and automations) created under this project will be the exclusive property of the hiring company.
The final deliverable must be fully editable within the company’s Jotform account.
Contractor agrees not to reuse, copy, or adapt the structure for other clients.
Delivery Deadline
The form must be completed, tested, and delivered within 48 hours of approval.
Must include visual consistency, elegant look (white background, black or light grey buttons, functional accuracy, and language switching without error.)
