Joomla to Custom Platform Website Transfer

I am searching for an experienced developer who can assist me in converting my website from Joomla to a custom-built platform. The new website should maintain the following key features:
- User registration and login
- Blogging and content management
- Talent database
- Text service
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development and be comfortable with custom platform building and the migration of website content from Joomla. The candidate's experience should reflect understanding of both Joomla's CMS and creating custom-built platforms. A knowledge of best practices for implementing user registration, blogging and content management capabilities is a must, and familiarity with talent database and text service is also required. We run a UK based talent agency and need to update our website, transfer hosting and be able to keep all talent on the data base and features to contact them by text for jobs.
