Job Scheduling Application
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a talented software developer to create a job scheduling application for my business. This application would be a desktop-based platform that helps our employees track their shifts and schedules. It will automate managing their shifts by allowing our business to schedule when each one of them starts and ends work. Additionally, the application will manage job details, such as an employee's job title, responsibilities and any extra duties. Furthermore, it needs to be versatile enough to handle changes in personnel and schedules as needed. This job scheduling application should be accessible for all of our employees, so they can easily and quickly access the information. A successful software developer should have experience in building applications of this nature and be able to demonstrate the necessary technical skills to complete the task.
Along with which i need
1- CRM that can link to job details so i know what job belongs to which customer.
2- Document Management such as license information,
3- vehicle tax/ insurance/ service details
4- Invoicing option once job is complete. so i can put the invoice to the appropriate customer.
Initially i need it to be built on the windows OS only, and later we might explore the idea of getting into mobile app for the same.
System needs to be built on SQL
