Job Listings / Freelancing Platform

I would like to establish a platform that specializes in jobs and freelancing opportunities.... Preferably in Laravel or PHP but definitely not WordPress.

Please do not send me a generic proposal saying you have great Laravel experience; I am looking for someone that has previous experience with this type of platform customization.
