Job Board Elementor Theme Customization

Users search or select for a specific job title or multiple titles and see real-time or dynamic data results. The home page should also display results before user makes a selection because we need users to see trends from different cities so they know where the jobs are. We will also include remote jobs.

Target audience: People looking for jobs in design and tech (mainly creatives like UI and UX designers at all levels)
User scenario: Looking for a job in a specific city > search based on keyword role title > view job card > view glassdoor rating and prodigee score > click on job card and be taking to the relevant site
(They can't apply for jobs on the site however. Redirected to job site)
Glassdoor score: How can we display a glassdoor score (similar to attached image) on the job cards?
Prodigee score: This will be assigned by us in the backend. How can we do this? Can we access the job listings in the Wp admin and assign a score?
Filters: The 3 day, 7 day etc filter can be removed for now. We wanted users to filter by time but this won't be necessary at this stage.
Membership subscription: User should be able to sign up and pay for a monthly subscription. This will include exclusive content (videos, articles, downloads etc) for members only and when they sign up they can select the job(s) they want and location and receive a monthly email. How can this be automated? User should receive some type of "Your monthly job updates" email where they see a list of jobs.
APIs: How can we use an API to source the jobs in real-time from places like LinkedIn, Indeed.com etc? (see Crawlbase attached image for a HTML option)
Features on the landing page:
• Featured jobs (We will add the carousel but how can we select what is 'featured'?)
• Recent jobs (We will add the carousel but how can we control what is 'recent'? )
• Popular job categories (already exists in the theme but we will only use it for a handful of categories)
• Featured cities (We will add a carousel but how can the user tab through different cities?)
• CTA for paid subscriptions (see below. User enters their email, selects their desired city and role and payment method)

We will only allow users to search for a certain number of cities, not every city in the world. We should also be able to add new cities and roles when we see demand. Unless its easier to simply use a Google API to allow for every city? But not every city will have jobs for these keywords, so what do we when there is no search results?

The theme has cards which display the city, salary, labels for full-time or part-time etc We will need to add the Glassdoor and Prodigee score to the card
(We made a small headstart with this where a previous developer was testing a few things and apparently has installed an API to grab job results from somewhere. The 3 columns you see for Jobs by city, Jobs by country and Jobs by title is what they added however it is incorrect. Each location should display a number next to it indicating the number of jobs listed online for the keywords and it should update dynamically when user selects a different keyword or time filter. Not sure how to approach this but the goal is to show trends of where the jobs are. Your advice is welcome here)
