GO / Javascript / Php developer needed for building serverless restfull api.

We are a financial service based company and we need an highly experienced developer in GO, JavaScript (NodeJS) and Php for developing serverless RestFull api. For data sharing will be used Xml and Json. The projects will be based on serverless enviroment.
The projects are about business processes and workflows.
Our requirements :
1) Highly experienced in GO, JavaScript (NodeJS) and Php programing languages,
2) Highly experienced in MySQL / PostgreSQL / Aurora Databases and XML / Json,
3) Experience in serverless (AWS Lambda) concepts,
4) Experience in microservices,
5) Experience on business processes. (The projects that the developer will work will be about business
processes like purchases, sales, inventory etc.)
6) Strong skills about security vulnerabilities when building serverless functions.
7) Experience on AWS services.
8) Experience on Caching services (Redis, Memcached).
9) Strong problem solving skills, and understanding the main issues in projects.
The projects where the developer will work is very business critical and we will be very carefully at hiring process.
The hiring process have 3 stages:
Stage 1: Test task.
The interested candidate will receive a test task so he can show the skill that we require for our team. The test are tricky and is the best way to understand the problem solving capabilities of the candidate.
Stage 2: Interview
After successfully completed the stage 1 we will schedule and interview with the candidate.
Stage 3: Hiring Interview
After successfully completed the first interview we will schedule an interview with the candidate and our team to discuss the project and his capabilities and how the candidate will handle the project and tasks.
