Java, html, css-based Player Stats Management System

**Website Overview:**
This website will serve as a player stats and management system, featuring a **homepage** with a **top navigation bar**. The navbar will have a **text logo on the left** and **page navigation links on the right**.

### **Homepage Features:**
- **Search Bar** (centered) – Players can search for gamertags.
- **Leaderboard** – Displays rankings based on **total balance (descending order)**.
- Columns: **Rank, Username, Total Balance, Additional Income, Total Deaths, Total Tickets, Overall Tickets, RP Played, Played as Cop, Played as Civ**.

### **Balance Page:**
Accessible via the navbar, this page includes:
- **Character Photo**
- **Balance & Personal Assets** (Vehicles & Weapons)
- **Payments** – Players can pay outstanding tickets.
- **Legal Information** – View **warrants, weapon licenses, registration licenses, proof of insurance, driver’s license**.
- **Employment & Finances** – Shows **current job, income, overall income, expenses**, and allows players to receive income automatically.

### **Login System:**
- Users must be **approved by an admin** before gaining access.
- Once approved, they can **log in anytime**.

### **Admin Page (Restricted Access):**
Admins can manage player stats, including:
- **Add/Remove Tickets & Warrants**
- **Update Deaths (resets balance)**
- **Modify Income & RP Stats**
- **Manage Licenses** – Expire, revoke, or restore any license type.

This website will be developed using **Java** for sorting and dynamic updates.
