Java Openapi issue

I'm facing issues generating an endpoint in Java Springboot. I'm not exactly sure what the issues are, but I need an experienced Java developer to help diagnose the problem and implement a solution. After updating the configuration in yaml, the interface are updated but i cannot reach the endpoint
