Java OOP with eclipse JEE -- 2

I have the environment setup and working (eclipse jee, tomcat 9. mysql)
I have to make a HTML form for users to be able to post with a title and description
Users can add, edit and delete the post.
Then connect HTML page to servlet and JDBC using CRUD
