I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Joomla web portal for a government project. The purpose of the web portal is to provide information and resources to the public.
Design and Theme:
- Although I do not have a specific design in mind, I have some ideas and preferences that I would like to discuss with the freelancer.
Key Functionalities:
- Content Management: I need the ability to easily manage and update the content on the web portal.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing Joomla websites
- Strong knowledge of content management systems
- Must follow SPLaSK criteria from mampu.gov.my
- Ability to understand and implement government requirements and regulations
