Issues with Shopify and session count - Shopify

Hello, I'd like to fix the problem I'm having with shopify sessions. I do advertising, there are no sessions on my shopify home page but purchases are made. I don't know when those clicks are lost in facebook ads campaigns and why they are not counted in shopify. It may be a domain problem. Since this page previously had another domain.
PS: Please add "Shopify" at the beginning of your proposal.
