Ionic / Angular / Laravel PHP expert needed

We have an existing ratings and reviews app, built in Ionic 5 with Laravel PHP and MYSQL. We have been working on the app for 6 months and have several functions. We need someone to help us create more data on the user profile and save it to our MySQL Database. We also need someone to integrate Stripe and create an admin role for paying users.
