Invoice design Template editing for WHMCS Billing Portal

We are using WHMCS Billing portal for our Invoicing. We want to do some changes in the Invoice Template , Hence need the services for the same. Refer attached Old Invoice with details mentioned of the activities that need to be done for the same.
