A social networking app with investor network platform, where investors can share funds with ventures via the TrueLayer banking API, with social-profile facilities.
WordPress based and uses WP Crowdfunding plugin for WordPress with WooCommerce.
Technologies used for App development must be MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, SQL, react (bootstrap card) and React (NEXT.js) , The site must be converted to a Android/iOS application.
Various levels of funding from micro-finance to pre-seed to seed to start-up to growth to established to enterprise level funding, Each funding with its own variable commission structure for the network.
Project description page with Word document uploaded and parsed, HTML5 and CSS3 editing, with commenting system (thread, post system, pointing system for thread and post), Share API button used for sharing project page with contacts in social media and phone, Contacts must sign-up to the platform and donate/fund project to receive a stake in the project.
Live instant messaging and group chat in project page.
Company page with company members and company post’s displayed in dashboard., Share API button.
LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter log-in using 0Auth.
Profile page for registered user’s which includes, list of company's names (with percentage of share in for company in 3 digits (minimum amount able to invest is proportionate to the nearest penny) with role in companies listed in each company invested in, display pictures, name, title, about me, job title, work experience, qualification/certification, project work. (LinkedIn profile import), Share API button.
Financial reward in increase of stake or cash for each feedback made (dependant on points for each feedback) (displayed based on project owner’s amount given)
Modifiable commission structure for each level of investment (funding) where a range can be selected for different amounts of money for the network.
Buying and selling of stakes of (ventures) projects for the ventures in the marketplace from investors as accounts will be used as monetary accounts.
Unlimited and constant number of investors for each project.
LinkedIn login and import.
Payment processing system for funding and withdrawing using the TrueLayer API (using every single bank available in the API)
