Interspire shopping cart modification to shipping API

I need an existing Interspire shopping cart installation modified. The shipping caclulator integration with Australia Post no longer works as AusPost have changed their calculator API. We need the new API code integrated into Interspire: https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis/pac/tutorial/domestic-parcel
