I current have a Filemaker solution that I would like to convert to another programming language, to move away from Filemaker's licensing structure. The solution would be form heavy. Currently, we have 20 forms used on a daily bases. Users will be assigned to their clients. Clients will not access the system.
The solution is not public facing. As client based forms are entered by users, the forms will be grouped by the client, to form a client's file (so, to speak).
We will need a search function that allows searching based on multiple parameters. Submitted forms will have an approval process. Notifications about form submissions or overdue documentation will be sent via email to users. The solution will contain a due date calendar based on form submissions or lack there of.
Users will have different abilities based on their access levels. The solutions will need to have a signature capture feature. It will also connect to a billing service through their supplied API. We will also need a 2way connection to quickbooks online. The database will be cloud based.
