Intergrade Woocommerce To API

I am looking for a developer to integrate Woocommerce with an API in order to automate order processing. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Integrating APIs with Woocommerce
- Automating order processing
- Posting API responses to order comments and sending them as emails to customers
I need a code which I can duplicate,
It needs to have an option to change the ID of the product,
and the ID of the service from the API.
The response from the API is a few lines of text, they should be inserted in the notes of the order after received from the API, and sent to the client by EMAIL.
