Interactive Milestone Configurator
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need to create an automated process to gather information from a customer. Ideally, the customer should be able to input they contact details and email and then input what I call 'Milestones' - upto a total of 10.
For each milestone they can:
- upload a maximum of 3 images in ,jpg format (any size)
- for each image, they then enter a description maximum 300 characters
- an option to upload an .mp3 file maximum 1 minute in length
- an option to upload a video clip in .avi or .mpeg4 format.
I then should be able to access this data from each individual customer and paste into another application. Even better, if the system could include a payment mechanism to accept sums upto £200 and generate an automatic acknowledgement of data received and payment made successfully.
