Interactive Bike Mechanics
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My name is Francisco Baqueriza and I am launching a mobile bicycle repair service, which will not be directly related to this project. I am looking for someone to design a webpage where a user can learn basic bicycle mechanics in a gamified tutorial kind of way.
The tutorial will start with a simple bike and will have to repair certain components to all bikes. Once he manages to do so he may progress to the next level where he can choose and specify more aspects about the bike.
Whenever the user makes a mistake he will be charged a small symbolic fine. Whenever he wants to advance to the next level he will have to pay his accumulated fines.
Once he covers a certain amount of knowledge he will receive a certification.
For the moment I am looking for someone to program this but just for the most basic level. This would include basic brake regulation, transmission lubrication, inflating tires and basic checks to make sure bike is in conditions to be used.
The information regarding this knowledge is so basic, it is accesible to everyone through youtube and google.
