Interactive Astrology Software Development

I'm looking for a talented software developer to create a web-based astrology software with the following specifications:

Core Functionality:
- The software must be able to generate astrological charts, specifically Natal (birth) and Transit charts. This project seeks a skilled developer to create a web-based astrology (in html or web app) capable of delivering key features that I require.

User Interaction:
- The software should have interactive charts to enhance user engagement and utilise swiss ephemeris
- It should include input forms for user data so that personalized charts can be created.
- The software needs to be able to generate downloadable PDF reports for users (or downloadable image)

Key Features:
1. Planets positions
2. Cusp positions
3. Sun rise and set time
