I'm looking to create a unique animated email that adds a personal touch to communication. The email will involve a 3D animation of a scroll in a bottle, where user will input their name, a relative's name, an optional image upload, a personal paragraph, and the recipient's email address.

Key components of the project:
- I need the email sent to recipient to be automated, showing the image and text as if it's part of the animation.
- It should be designed to work with Mailchimp for automation, or alternatively, a link can direct the recipient to a Mailchimp landing page or a webpage for the full experience.
- The input fields can be created using the Formidable Forms plugin, or html code if easier.
- the form will be within an email sent to the user. Then a automation set up to deliver the animation to the recipient.
