I'm looking for a app developer to create an innovative OBDII Scan application for ELM327 device, specifically for Android and a Apple devices.


- The app must be paid.

- The app must have user accounts with change password possibility.

- The app must have a Credit system to top up balance.

- There should be a list to chose car Brand->Model->Modification

- The app must have VIN number identification.

- The app must show car millage.

- Bouetooth, USB and Wifi connetion to the device.

I have the open source project for easier startup, most of the functions are made, you just need add some, some you will need delete it, change design and so on. If you have free time please contact me directly, we will agree for the payment.
