I have a Telegram bot writen in PHP that works fine.
I want to add a new command:
when a mod or admin quote a message in a group and use the command " /bug TITLE " it should open a issue ticket on codeberg.org (here the API: https://codeberg.org/api/swagger#/issue ) with TITLE as title and in the body of the issue the message quoted on Telegram.
