Integration with the payout procedure of Ultimate Affililate Pro and the TeraWallet and woocommerce

If an user has received a referral (it is kind of commission) in the Ultimate Affiliate Pro, and if the referral is signed as "verified" and the related order on woocommerce is signed as "completed", sign it into a waiting list table in the backend, at the same time sign a programmed payout time for this referral. The time will be defined by the current time + a duration defined by admin(X days or X minutes).When the time arrives, in the Ultimate Affiliate Pro sign this referral as "paid", then in the Terawallet create a credit of same amount for this user, lastly, remove this referral from this waiting list.
If there are change that make the related order not to be "completed", or referral to be "not verified", or both of these 2 conditions, remove the referral directly from the waiting list.
The waiting list table should have following columns: Referral ID, Amount, Username, Affiliate ID, Related Order ID, Programmed payout time.
