Integration of orderpage via API endpoints

Hello,
We have a HTML page with different plans.
We want this HTML page to be integrated/feed our billing system (HostBillApp) with the order and creation of service. - Check API endpoints here: https://api.hostbillapp.com/
This is the flow:
1. Client visits the page, and select a plan and QTY of service.
2. Client enters his details like name, address etc.
3. Client confirms the order and gets redirected to payment gateway
4. Client completes the payment at gateway and get redirects back to a "thank you page"
We want this integration from pure HTML which is ready. It should feed our billing system with all informations clients enters on the HTML page.
Our billing system will then generate the invoice or confirmation mails etc.
There are some limitations, such as:
1. Payment gateway must be integrated as well in the HTML page since HostBill normally do the transaction, but we are working "out-side" Hostbill. If you have better solution then fine. The critical part is to save the payment token (for subscription) and also feed that to hostbill, cause the next monthly subscription will be handled by Hostbill.
2. The order calculation/cart should reflect the price is pulls from Hostbill. We are using prorating billing as well, which makes it hard since Hostbill does not directly provide you this information from API.
