AI Integration for UGC Social Media

I need an AI expert to help me enhance a user-generated content (UGC) social media platform.

There are two main purposes:
- Content Moderation: Right now there is a banned word list. Whenever a user types one of those words it blocks the message/post. I want it to also trigger an AI review of the account/chat and deliver the report in the admin dashboard.

- User Insights: The AI should analyze various aspects of a user's profile - chats, comments, posts, followers, and the following lists. Based on this data, it should provide users with strategies to increase their engagement. So there would be a button where the user can click and get some advice about what the followers are most interested in and what they would most like to see. It will give the user generalized information about other users without revealing specific information. I think it will not work with one of the highly moderated AI apis like openAI. It will need to be something with a lot less moderation than that in order to give honest advice.
