Integration between Smartbill and Shopify -- 2

I will need a custom solution so I can make the invoices for the orders in smartbill in english (default is in romanian). Nothing special needed only the ability to select the invoice language. I don't need any other sync. Both shopify and smarbill have API. The smarbill has API documentation only in romanian but it can be easily translated with google. I can also help with translation.
