Integration between Calendly and YetiForce CRM via Make

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to create an automation scenario using Make (formerly Integromat) that connects Calendly with YetiForce CRM.

Use Case:
When a client books an appointment via Calendly:

A new Lead should be automatically created in YetiForce CRM.

The Lead should be linked to a calendar Event inside YetiForce CRM.

If the appointment is rescheduled or canceled in Calendly, the related Lead and Event in YetiForce CRM should be automatically updated accordingly.


Data Requirements:

All booking data must be transferred: Name, Email, Phone, Appointment Date/Time, Notes.

These details will be stored in the existing fields inside YetiForce CRM (no need for creating custom fields).


Technical Requirements:

The automation must be triggered via Webhook (Make will listen for events from Calendly).

The scenario must use YetiForce CRM’s API to create the Leads & Events and link them together.

Expected Outcome:
A fully automated and tested Make scenario that ensures seamless integration between Calendly and YetiForce CRM, handling both new bookings and updates/cancellations.

Note:
Freelancers with proven experience in Make & API integrations will be highly preferred.
