Integration of LMS IN existing Diagnostic Assessment Site
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
School of Educators (SOE), a reputed platform offering educational resources and assessments, invites proposals from experienced software development companies for the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment System with an integrated ERP, AI-based Learning Buddy, and multi-role access (students, teachers, parents, school admins).
The system will serve students from Class 6 to 12 across CBSE, ICSE, and state boards, with potential to expand to competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and CUET.
2. Project Objectives
• Build an advanced diagnostic engine that identifies learning gaps and provides immediate, personalized remediation.
• Enable multi-user dashboards with data analytics and performance tracking.
• Provide ERP features to manage class-level, teacher-level, and school-level usage.
• Ensure multi-device, multilingual, scalable performance.

3. Scope of Work
• Frontend: Student, Teacher, Admin, and Parent dashboards (web + mobile responsive)
• Backend: Secure login, database management, content upload, analytics engine
• Diagnostic Module: Chapter/topic-wise quizzes, result analysis, growth reports, feedback system
• Teacher ERP: Class monitoring, student grouping, assignment, teacher proficiency tests
• Principal Dashboard: School-wide analytics, teacher usage reports, content mapping
• Content Mapping: Tagging of questions to topics, subtopics, key concepts, and competencies
• Certificates & Gamification: Automated certificate generation, points, badges
• plugin customization like affiliate ( for multiple sites ) , gamipress , LMS / SMS , payment gateway for Indian and international payments with our existing quiz plugin
• Third-Party Integration: YouTube, Google login, analytics, LMS if required
Custom Requirements:
1. Integration of school management software/LMS plugin with our existing quiz plugin by https://ays-pro.com.
2. Quiz must be free for users logging in via a school account.
3. Quiz must be paid (using Woo Commerce, already integrated with AYS plugin) for guests accessing the platform.
4. Class-section based analytics to detect the least understood category across a class to identify collective learning gaps.
5. Quizzes must be assignable as assignments to the entire class.
6. Reporting to include which students in a class have not completed the assigned quiz.
7. Summary report to show class performance as a percentage for each assigned quiz.
