Integration of ElevenLabs with PHP, MySQL, and Voice Frontend - AI

Hi,
I'm looking for a developer with experience in PHP, JavaScript, and working with external APIs (especially ElevenLabs) to build a simple web application with the following features:
✅ Required Features:
Record and upload audio directly from the browser (via microphone).
Use ElevenLabs API to convert the audio to text (Speech-to-Text).
Process the transcribed text to query a MySQL database (e.g., checking product stock).
Generate a dynamic response based on the database result and convert it back to speech using ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech API.
Return the audio response to the user so they can listen to the reply in the browser.
Send sms to a phone from Database based on some specific actions or responses (I already have a sms API)

A base prompt for the AI voice responses.

Build a clean and functional system where a user can speak, retrieve information from the database, and get a spoken response in return—all in the browser. Ideally, the code should be well-structured so I can expand it with more voice commands later.
? Preferred language: English or Spanish
