Integrating Linkly MerchantSuite payment gateway to a project

Currently I am looking for a developer that able to integrate Linkly MerchantSuite payment to the web application. This application is a QuickQR a SaaS which I acquire from codecanyon(link below) is built with Javascript and PHP for which I hope the developer can help with the integration that I mention above.
