Integrated Telegram Bots

I need Telegram bots, integrated with Hotmart, capable of:
- Place a member in the general group after he informs and validates the HP code in the entry bot;
- Enable the group member to announce a purchase offer by triggering the buy bot and answering some questions;
- Show previous purchase offer in main group, with offer ID;
- Enable another member to sell, through a sales bot, for what made the offer with the respective ID;
- Put the buyer and seller in contact through ID codes;
- Give the option to recommend the buyer and/or seller at the end of the transaction.
