AI-Integrated SaaS & Web Development Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven AI-Integrated SaaS & Web Development Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of multiple public-facing websites, CSA 360 v3.0, and AI-powered integrations.
This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of SaaS and web applications, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely. The ideal candidate should be comfortable pushing deadlines aggressively while maintaining smooth communication and strategic oversight.
Your primary goal is to ensure all projects—including AI-driven enhancements, website optimizations, and compliance technology improvements—are delivered on time, within scope, and with high efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Agile Planning
Manage and oversee the development of multiple public-facing websites and SaaS products.
Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps using Trello or Asana.
Define clear milestones and prioritize tasks across different teams.
Work closely with designers and developers to implement AI-driven enhancements.
Team Coordination & Accountability
Schedule and lead weekly check-ins with developers, designers, and AI specialists.
Keep team members accountable for deadlines and project deliverables.
Work directly with the lead developer to ensure development goals align with business needs.
Oversee the progress of CSA 360 v3.0 enhancements and AI-driven features.
Website Development & Optimization
Oversee the revamp, maintenance, and optimization of public-facing websites.
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and AI-enhanced.
Manage content updates, performance monitoring, and security implementations.
Coordinate with marketing teams to align website goals with business strategy.
AI Integration & Compliance Automation
Track the integration of GPT agents into CDL Manager.
Ensure SMS automation (SimpleTexting) is fully implemented and functional.
Oversee Laravel, Vue.js, Ruby, and Linux-based automation scripts.
Ensure that AI and automation strategies align with overall product goals.
Budget & Resource Management
Ensure all development work remains within allocated hours and budgets.
Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Optimize team productivity and resource allocation across various projects.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years experience in tech project management (SaaS, AI, or web development preferred).
Strong expertise in Trello or Asana for agile project tracking.
Experience managing remote development teams and AI-powered projects.
Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement efficient solutions.
Strong communication skills—capable of keeping teams accountable without micromanaging.
Basic familiarity with Laravel, Vue.js, AI tools, API integrations, and automation (preferred).
Experience with public-facing website management, SEO, and security best practices.
Strong understanding of budget tracking and resource allocation.
