AI Integrated Real Estate Platform

I am seeking a skilled programmer and designer to develop a real estate transactions platform.
Key features include:
- Property listing: Properties should be easily listed with detailed information and pictures.
- Search filters: Users should be able to search properties based on multiple criteria, such as location, price, size, etc.
- Online payments: A secure online payment system for transactions needs to be integrated.
- AI features: The platform must support advanced AI features like predictive analytics for property recommendations and virtual property tours.
Ideal freelancers for this project would have previous experience in building real estate platforms, proven knowledge in AI integration, and a strong understanding of secure online payment systems. Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces is also important.
We need to develop a Website and POTENTIALLY an app (we can discuss the app more in depth but the website is needed).
I want to build a website where I can list exclusive properties in Mexico where investors can have an all in one solution and access to hottest real estate markets, with the primary function being able to directly purchase properties.
Think of Zillow.com but for mexico and think about their app. We would like to START with the website.
Another key item is the ability to purchase and sell real estate on this website, if you can help facilitate a payment rail/gateway system that allows for 6-8 figure real estate sales in Mexican currency (Pesos).
The website needs to be in spanish AND english.
We would also like to put in AI integrations in there.
Making the site easy to manage, input and output data/listings, and an overall platform where users can sign up and manage their accounts.
