Integrate website with Gateway to process Visa & mastercard and tweak checkout, website login and registration pages

Build a wordpress plugin that will Integrate website built on wordpress & woocommerce with Local Bank gateway to process (VISA & Mastercard). Plugin should include options for processing one off & recurring payments (VISA & Mastercard). Payment processor fee should automatically be added to the order amount passed to the gateway for processing.
-Tweak Checkout page to reflect donation instead of Order.
--Tweak website login and registration pages and they should be protected by wp security wordpress plugin. (include email validation after registration, strong password)
